I’d give Monica more than 5 stars if I could. She was extremely helpful in all the stages of selling our home. And even went so far as to help bring us sturdy boxes, and do last minute clear out with us. I can’t praise her highly enough. She understood my priorities for a buyer and created our listing with those in mind. She helped us get the right people at a better price than we had hoped for. You won’t be sorry if you engage her.

Monica is amazing. This was my 4th home purchase and I've never had a real estate agent who was as engaging, enthusiastic, and invested in the process as Monica. She genuinely looked out for our interests in purchasing a home that was reasonably priced and met our basic needs. She was available any time we needed her to answer questions, or to work with the sellers, the bank, or anyone else who was involved in the process. She went above and beyond the call of duty by being there for the inspection (and even crawling around in the tight crawl space with the inspector when I had to be in a meeting), recommending contractors and service providers, loaning us a lock box after closing, continually checking in, and being a generally great presence with her positive attitude. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
